Job Description:

We’re looking for a strategic and highly organized Account Manager to join Noetic, a fast-growing digital marketing agency helping brands scale through performance-driven strategies and creative excellence.

At Noetic, we go beyond paid media — we build holistic growth strategies that include organic social, email marketing, content, and performance campaigns. The Account Manager is the captain of the ship — leading the client relationship, aligning the team, and ensuring every campaign runs smoothly and effectively.

What You’ll Do

  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, managing relationships, expectations, and overall strategy.

  • Lead campaign planning and oversee performance across digital channels (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.), in collaboration with media buyers and creative teams.

  • Work closely with media buyers to define strategy, review data, and adjust campaigns when needed — you don’t have to execute the ads, but you must understand platforms and metrics deeply enough to guide decisions.

  • Coordinate and lead the internal team (media buyer, designer, copywriter, etc.) to ensure flawless execution, consistency, and timely delivery.

  • Translate data and performance results into actionable insights and clear reports for clients.

  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and budgets, keeping everything organized and moving forward.

  • Identify growth opportunities within accounts, contributing to client retention and business expansion.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience as an Account Manager or similar role in a marketing or digital agency (required).

  • Proven experience working with performance marketing campaigns (paid media is your comfort zone).

  • Strong understanding of digital channels (Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok) — capable of interpreting performance data and discussing strategy confidently.

  • Exceptional organizational and leadership skills — able to manage multiple clients, deadlines, and team members simultaneously.

  • Excellent communication skills in English (C1 +)

  • Background in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

  • A proactive, analytical mindset and a passion for delivering results.
