Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Bookkeeper based in LATAM to join our team full-time. This role will be primarily focused on account reconciliation, while also supporting broader day-to-day bookkeeping and financial operations.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is highly organized, comfortable working with numbers, and has experience working with U.S.-based companies.


What You’ll Do

  • Perform regular account reconciliations (bank accounts, transactions, and financial records)

  • Identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records

  • Assist with day-to-day bookkeeping tasks (data entry, categorization of transactions, etc.)

  • Support invoicing and expense tracking processes

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure financial accuracy

  • Help prepare reports and maintain organized documentation

  • Work closely with U.S.-based stakeholders


Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or similar roles

  • Strong experience with account reconciliation

  • Experience working with U.S.-based companies or clients

  • Advanced English skills (written and verbal)

  • High attention to detail and accuracy

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment

  • Based in LATAM


Nice to Have

  • Experience in agencies or fast-paced environments

  • Familiarity with tools like QuickBooks, Xero, Excel/Google Sheets

  • Experience handling high-volume transactions or ad spend reconciliation
