Job Description:
Who We Are Looking For
We’re looking for a Mid–Senior Data Analyst who is passionate about turning complex data into meaningful insights that drive smarter decisions across marketing, creative, and business teams.
You have a strong analytical mindset, understand how to implement data hygiene best practices, and know how to leverage AI tools to accelerate workflows, not to replace your analytical thinking. You’re comfortable owning the full data pipeline (from collection to interpretation) and influencing strategy through evidence-based recommendations.
You are someone who enjoys digging beneath surface-level metrics, spotting the story behind the numbers, and translating performance trends into clear, actionable insights.
About the role
Data Architecture & Technical Responsibilities
Collect, normalize, and maintain data from multiple marketing platforms (Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
Ensure data hygiene, accuracy, and consistency across all datasets and reporting environments.
Build and maintain automated dashboards and reports (Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI, AgencyAnalytics, etc.).
Implement and optimize data workflows using AI-assisted tools (e.g., ChatGPT for formulas, Zapier/Make for automations, connectors for ETL) to streamline manual processes.
Manage tagging, tracking, and measurement frameworks (UTMs, pixels, GA4 events, attribution logic).
Analytics & Insight Generation
Analyze campaign performance to identify trends, correlations, anomalies, and opportunities to improve ROI.
Develop hypotheses, run analyses, and synthesize findings into insights that influence strategy, insights must come from your expertise, not the AI.
Proactively uncover signals that guide creative strategy, media optimization, audience segmentation, and forecasting.
Partner closely with media buyers, account managers, and creative teams to translate data into strategic recommendations.
Present insights in a clear, compelling, and structured way to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications
3–5+ years of experience in data analysis, ideally within a marketing, performance media, or creative environment.
Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (advanced formulas, pivot tables, model building).
Experience with data visualization tools such as Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI.
Hands-on experience with performance marketing platforms (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics/GA4, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
Solid understanding of tracking, attribution, and measurement frameworks.
Familiarity with AI and automation tools to support workflow efficiency (ChatGPT, AgencyAnalytics, Zapier, Make, etc.).
Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills—comfortable extracting insights manually, not relying on AI output.
Excellent English communication skills (B2+ required).
Comfortable working independently in a remote, fast-paced, data-driven environment.
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)
Experience with SQL or BigQuery.
Experience forecasting, cohort analysis, or building predictive models.
Exposure to creative analytics or marketing experimentation frameworks (A/B testing, incrementality, etc.).
Understanding of statistical concepts or machine learning fundamentals.
